Email hello@flashwavechannel.digital with your company name, engagement name, and the reason you are requesting cancellation or refund review. We confirm receipt within one business day for messages received on Korean business days. Phone inquiries are for scheduling only; written requests establish a clear record.
Scope
This policy applies to fixed-fee consulting engagements sold directly by Shard Current Labs and listed on this site with stated KRW amounts. Third-party reseller arrangements, if any, follow the reseller’s policy instead. Custom master agreements may supersede sections here when explicitly stated in signed order forms.
Process
We review whether work has already been delivered or irrevocably committed, such as reserved calendar blocks or subcontractor deposits. If no substantive work has started, we may offer a full refund within fourteen days of payment at our discretion. Partial refunds may be offered proportional to incomplete milestones when pause clauses in the statement of work allow.
Eligibility
Eligibility depends on the executed statement of work, including any non-refundable deposits explicitly listed there. Change-of-mind requests after delivery of written findings are generally not eligible except where required by law. If a statutory cooling-off period applies to your purchase category, we honor that timeline and document the calculation in our reply.
Timeframe
Approved refunds are initiated within ten Korean business days using the original payment path where technically possible. Bank timelines may add additional days outside our control. We provide a written confirmation reference when a refund is initiated.
